Keep fit and keep smiling with this minimalist pasta dish. All of the recipes we collect for you follow our guidelines for post-whitening food. Stick to fish, pastas, bread; if it stains a white shirt it may stain your teeth!

With a few ingredients this allows the subtle tastes of garlic and pepper to mingle. It stores well (up to four days!) and it fantastic hot or cold. Remember: good food doesn’t have to be complicated.

【INGREDIENTS serves 2】

180g spaghetti

2 – 3 litter water (for soaking and boiling.)

a clove of garlic

1 – 2 dried chili pepper (use seeds if you like it hotter)

1 – 2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp salt

100 – 200ml boiling water



1.soak spaghetti for 1 – 2 hours.

2.Fry garlic and chili pepper with olive oil.

3.Boil spaghetti with 1 tbsp salt

4.Pour boiling water to the sauce. Then add spaghetti.

5.Finish it up with minced parsley.
